The county board of commissioners meets the first three Tuesdays of the month. Dassel is in the third district, Kingston is in the fourth district, and Darwin is located in the second district.

Stockholm Township

Stockholm Township meets 7 p.m. the second Monday of every month at the Stockholm Township Hall located at 15234 Co. Rd. 30 SW, Cokato. This is also where township members vote. Recycling is available at the township hall the second Saturday of each month between the hours of 8 a.m. and noon. Clean plastics, aluminum and steel cans with labels removed, glass bottles, newspapers (no magazines) and corrugated cardboard can be brought to the township hall on recycling day.

Collinwood Township

Collinwood Township meets 7 p.m. the third Monday of every month March through October at the town hall located at 21904 746th Ave., Dassel. During the winter months, November through February, the board meets at the homes of officers. Call the clerk for the location. There is no township phone. Township items may be mailed to the clerk at 17757 745th, Dassel, MN 55325.
